We have a freeform template which allows you to design your campaign from scratch!
When populating the image sections of the campaign template, DO NOT pull images directly from Google – make sure they are properly resized images that you already own or are in the public domain. Otherwise you could be at risk of breaching copyright laws.
Yes – under the Ts and Cs of Fanweave, if someone has signed up to your campaign, they are expressing the right for you to contact them unless they opt out

Download CSV file and then try to open in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and it should convert to correct file.
As long as you like! When choosing your campaign start and end date, remember that conversion, reward-based, and mass-engagement campaigns should run for at least 4 weeks – anything shorter will likely be ineffective. For awareness campaigns, a 2-week run-time should be sufficient.
This may be due to campaign content not meeting Fanweave’s code of conduct. Fanweave will be more than happy to work with you to ensure the content of the campaign meets our requirements, and you will have another chance to go live.
You might want to change incentive, channels, messaging, or call to actions. You can contact hello@fanweave.co.uk for more support and best practice. Take a look at your personalised dashboard, and see if you can implement any current learnings.
Unfortunately not – campaign creation was designed to be done on a desktop to make it as impactful and effective as possible.
We offer a subscription model allowing you to create unlimited campaigns monthly.
Yes – you can amend your subscription to a more suitable pricing plan at any time, but it won’t take effect until any existing/running campaigns have expired.
We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If you want to cancel your subscription, simple head to your navigation bar and find the subscriptions tab. Here, there will be an option to cancel or pause your subscription.

Campaigns can overlap, certainly! But we do recommend that each campaign – particularly reward-based and large-scale campaigns – run for at least 4 weeks. We also think it’s better not to dillute your content too much by having lots of different campagins running at once. However, if you’re a digital agency with multiple clients, this won’t be a problem.
Click ‘Forgot password’. You will be sent an email inviting you to reset your password. If you are still having issues, contact support@fanweave.co.uk.
Once you’ve shared your campaign, provided it’s passed through our approval stage, it’s live on Fanweave. It will be visible to all consumers on our platform who have selected to see campaigns in your industry. (So, if you’re a music artist, and a fan has opted into seeing music campaigns, they will see your campaign right away). The next step is to share with your existing community. We recommend sharing the campaign with your current CRM/database, sending out an email blast, and scheduling social media posts for your campaign.
The data will be available for your campaign for as long as you, your consumers, or your subscribers are active on Fanweave and associated with your campaign.
