Choose the most appropriate template for the kind of campaign you want to run.
For example, if you want consumers to be able to see where they stand in the running to be the top sharer, choose our ‘Leaderboard’ template.
If you aren’t sure what kind of campaign you want to run, or are just keen to engage with consumers without any kind of reward, then choose our ‘Generic’ template.
For full customisation on how your campaign layout, choose our ‘Custom template. This template requires designer experience.
It’s really important that you fill out your campaign details carefully. For example, the URL that you choose is where you’ll be directing customers for the campaign. You also want to add two of your brand colours here, as this will be used to ‘skin’ the “sign up” area later. You can do this either by using the slider colour picker, or by adding your exact Hex Codes.
Our text editor helps make sure each section has the correct font family, type, colour, and sizing for your campaign. We recommend using a large, eye-catching font type for your call to action/header (as seen here), and double checking that all font is legible if it’s in front of an image. (You can also add an image overlay colour to your pictures if the text cannot be easily read).
Adding images or videos is a really important step in making your campaign eye-catching and recognisable to your business… plus it’s the fun bit, too!
Just be sure to properly resize and edit them before you add them in. And crucially, make sure they are images that you already own or are in the public domain, otherwise you could be at risk of breaching copyright laws.
Your dashboard contains all of the important information about your campaign. This includes: reach, engagement and shares. You will also find the demographic data about your fans and top sharers here. Keep checking back on your dashboard, as the results are live.
(Please note, example given – left – is an unpopulated campaign to protect the data of our customers).
